The Egret offers a 400 square foot retreat appointed with a bedroom, living room, king size bed, and bathroom with shower.
The separate bedroom offers privacy with one small window equipped with a light filtering shade. The living room is uninhibited by shades or curtains and filled with sunlight, offering a panoramic view of the great outdoors.
The Egret can accommodate two guests. Canines are also welcome at the Egret.
If you would like to include a third guest, an additional guest fee will apply to any third guest age two and older. Please note that this bungalow offers one king bed – rollaway beds are not available. While staying at The Hammock can be a unique and enjoyable experience for families with children, it is not specifically geared toward children and may not be ideal for all families.

Location
Congaree and Penn is located in Jacksonville, Florida. The farm is located on the north side of the city – it is 20 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport, 20 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes from the Riverside, Avondale & San Marco neighborhoods, and 45 minutes from the beaches.
Check in is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm and checkout is before 12:00 pm.
Free parking is offered at the parking lot at the entrance of the farm. A porter will be available to escort guests and their luggage via golf cart to the Hammock upon arrival. Golf carts are also available for rental (availability is limited).
Please note that guest vehicles are not permitted on the farm grounds.
